1. What is your sample policy?
Free samples: The sample fee will be refunded after the next order exceeds 500 pieces (mixed orders are acceptable). Sample delivery: Inventory items take 5-10 days via DHL/UPS, 7-30 days for other methods. Preparation time: 3 working days including holidays for domestic transportation to carrier's warehouse.
2. What is the RTS order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Different sizes and colors can be mixed in batches of 10 pieces per bundle.
3. Are there any signs on the stock products ready to be shipped?
For inventory items, there is a logo but no contact information, allowing you to freely sell on your own platform.
4. What is your customized policy?
OEM and ODM are accepted. Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces in one color. For custom labels, MOQ is 1000 pieces. Our costs are justified for both MOQ and custom label requirements.
5. Do you provide DDP shipping services?
