Sample production typically takes 2-5 working days. Stock product samples are free with freight charges. Custom samples may incur fees that are refundable with mass orders.

How do we confirm garment styles?

We produce samples based on your technical packs, original samples, or reference images to ensure style confirmation.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Standard MOQ is 3,000 pieces per order (1,000 per color, 500 per style). With stock fabric, MOQ reduces to 300 pieces per order (100 per color, 50 per style), minimum 20 pieces per size per style per color.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on garment style, accessories, printing/embroidery methods, patterns, fabric type, GSM weight, and order volume. Larger orders receive lower unit pricing.

What are your packaging options?

Standard packaging: one piece per poly bag, 150 pieces per master carton. Custom packaging available per request.

What is your production lead time and shipping port?

Standard lead time is 2.5 months after deposit and confirmation. All shipments depart from Shanghai port.

What are your payment terms?

Orders under $3,000 USD: 50% prepayment, 50% before shipment
Orders $3,000-$10,000 USD: 40% prepayment, 60% before shipment
Orders over $10,000 USD: 30% prepayment, 70% before shipment
