How long does it take to receive samples? Are samples free?
Usually 2-5 working days. For stock products, samples are free with freight charges. Custom samples depend on requirements, and sample fees are refundable with mass orders.
How do we confirm the garment style?
We create samples according to your tech packs, original samples, or even pictures provided.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 3,000 pcs per order. With stock fabric, MOQ can be 300 pcs per order, with minimum 20 pcs per size per style per color.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on style, accessories, printing methods, embroidery, patterns, fabric type, GSM weight, and order quantity. Larger orders receive lower unit prices.
What is your standard packaging?
One piece per poly bag, 150 pieces per master carton. Custom packaging available per request.
What is your delivery time and shipping port?
Standard lead time is 2.5 months after deposit confirmation. Shipping port is Shanghai.
What are your payment terms?
• Orders under $3,000: 50% prepayment, 50% before shipment
• Orders $3,000-$10,000: 40% prepayment, 60% before shipment
• Orders over $10,000: 30% prepayment, 70% before shipment

Keenago Holdings Limited has over 16 years of experience in bamboo fabric manufacturing. Our 8,000 square meter facility in Shanghai includes technical teams, cutting teams, sewing teams, sample rooms, and QC teams. We conduct regular lab testing through Intertek for shrinkage rate, color fastness, pH value, lead, formaldehyde, phthalates, and flammability. We use TANBOOCEL BAMBOO FIBER that meets Oeko-Tex Standard 100 human-ecological requirements.
