How long does it take for samples? Are samples free?
Usually 2-5 working days. For stock products, samples are free with freight charges. Custom samples depend on requirements, and sample fees are refundable with mass orders.
How to confirm the style of the garments?
We create samples based on your tech packs, original samples, or even pictures for confirmation.
What is your MOQ?
Standard MOQ: 3k pcs per order, 1k pcs per color, 500 pcs per style. With stock fabric: 300 pcs per order, 100 pcs per color, 50 pcs per style (minimum 20pcs per size per style per color).
How to know the price?
Pricing depends on style, accessories, printing/embroidery methods, patterns, fabric type, GSM weight, etc. Volume discounts available for larger orders.
What is your packaging?
Standard: One piece per poly bag, 150 pieces per master carton. Custom packaging available upon request.
What is your delivery time and shipping port?
Standard lead time: 2.5 months after deposit and confirmation. Shipping port: Shanghai.
What are your payment terms?
< $3,000 USD: 50% prepayment, 50% before shipment
$3,000-$10,000 USD: 40% prepayment, 60% before shipment
> $10,000 USD: 30% prepayment, 70% before shipment
What about after-sales service?
We cover responsibility and refund for defective goods that don't match the described quality standards for mass production.
