Company Profile
Kangbeijing Company introduced plasma-related technologies from Germany in 2015. In collaboration with scientific research institutions including Zhejiang University and Lanzhou University, we conducted extensive research to achieve localization and output of imported technologies.
After four years of dedicated development, Kangbeijing plasma air purification equipment was successfully launched in 2019 with corresponding intellectual property rights.
Advanced Plasma Technology
Our plasma generator utilizes Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) technology, the mainstream plasma generation technology in plasma medicine. Based on DBD, we've developed single-pole plasma jet generators and DBD plasma jet generators that produce low-temperature atmospheric plasma with high stability, high activity, and large area coverage.
In 2020, Kangbeijing's plasma products obtained "Disinfection Product" certification and began establishing cooperation with medical institutions. By 2023, we expanded our plasma production line to form a complete product system from medical to commercial and civil use.
Currently, Kangbeijing offers three air purification and disinfection product systems (Aikang, Aibei, and Aijing) providing full-scenario healthy air solutions for various customer requirements.
Certifications & Awards
The company holds 4 invention patents, 1 design patent, and 18 utility model patents. In 2023, we obtained the Certificate of New Industrial Products in Zhejiang Province and were rated as a "Science and Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise" in 2024.

Frequently Asked Questions
General Product Information
What is a plasma air purifier and how does it work?
A plasma air purifier generates plasma consisting of ions and free-moving electrons through electrical discharge. When released into the air, the unstable ions initiate chemical reactions that break down harmful substances including bacteria, virus cells, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), effectively cleaning the air by eliminating pathogens and pollutants.
How is a plasma air purifier different from traditional air purifiers?
Traditional purifiers rely mainly on filtration methods using HEPA filters that trap particles and require regular replacement. Plasma air purifiers use ionization technology to actively disinfect air and surfaces, reaching hard-to-access areas without filter bacteria growth issues. They can work alongside existing purifiers and may extend filter lifespan.
Installation and Placement
Where should I place the plasma air purifier?
For portable models, place in a central room location away from walls and large furniture for optimal air circulation. HVAC-integrated models should be professionally installed within the HVAC unit to distribute ions throughout the building via the ventilation system.
How do I install the plasma air purifier?
Portable units simply plug in and turn on. For HVAC-integrated models, professional installation by certified technicians is recommended to ensure correct and safe operation at optimal performance levels.
Product Performance
What pollutants can the plasma air purifier remove?
Our purifiers effectively remove airborne particles (dust, pollen, PM2.5 down to 0.001μm), eliminate bacteria, viruses, molds, decompose VOCs (formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, etc.), and remove unpleasant odors.
How long does it take for the plasma air purifier to start working?
Odor reduction may be noticeable within hours, but comprehensive purification of fine particles and pathogens typically requires 1-2 days of continuous use, depending on initial pollution levels and room size.
Does the plasma air purifier work in large spaces?
Yes, we offer models suitable for different space sizes. High-capacity purifiers can effectively clean air in large rooms, open-plan offices, or commercial spaces up to 2500 square feet. Choose the appropriate model based on your space requirements.
Safety and Certification
Is the plasma air purifier safe to use around people and pets?
Absolutely. Our purifiers are designed with safety priority, tested to comply with strict standards, and certified for zero ozone emissions (UL 2998 standard). The ionization technology is completely safe for continuous use around people and animals.
What certifications does the plasma air purifier have?
Our products hold multiple certifications including UL 2998 for zero ozone production, CARB certification, and compliance with ASHRAE standards, ensuring quality, safety, and effectiveness.
Maintenance and Longevity
How do I clean and maintain the plasma air purifier?
For models with collecting plates, remove and clean plates using non-abrasive methods. Pre-filters can be washed or vacuumed regularly. Refer to your specific model's user manual for detailed maintenance instructions.
How long does the plasma air purifier last?
Average lifespan is 3-5 years depending on usage and environment. Regular maintenance and proper operation help extend device longevity.
Do I need to replace any parts regularly?
Some models have replaceable components. For example, HEPA filters in certain models may need replacement every 2 years with continuous use. Replacement costs are typically 20-25% of machine price, extending usable life by approximately two years.
