1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 100pcs.But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.Please just tell us how

pieces
you need a
nd we will calculate the cost correspondingly,

2.Can I get samples?
Sure.We usually provide stock samples for free.
But we will charge for custom designs.Sample fee is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by courier such as DHL,FEDEX,UPS,EMS and TNT etc.It will take 3-5 days
to
reach
you,
subject to where you are.If freight repaid,you can pay the courier charge to our paypal account.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For stock samples,it will 1-2 days.They are free.If you want your own designs,it will 3-5 days,subject to
your designs whether they need new printing screen or new mould etc.Any way,we will response fast
to
your requests.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It will take 10-15 days for MOQ.
We have large production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System.So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need and we will match the colors.Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
6.What certificates has your factory gotten?
We have gotten 4P SEDEX and ISO9001 & ISO14001.If need,we can send copies to you.
7.What test standard your products comply with?
Our products conform to EN71 and BV test standard.
8.Can you help me make my own design?How about the sample fee and sample lead time?
Sure.We have a professional development team and we’ve made many OEM and ODM items for
customers.
So just tell us your ideas or provide us your drawings.
We can develop it for you.
As to the sample lead time is 5-7 days.
The sample fee will be charged according to the material
and size of
the product.
