A13: Normally, we provide a 1-year warranty as standard. However, we can support a 2-year warranty or more, if the customer enquires. Please contact us and provide detailed requirements and we will propose the most suitable solution to you asap.
Q14: After-sale Service
A14: 1-year warranty for all products (excluding accessories), any terminals with quality issue (excluding human factors) can get repaired or replacement from us. If clients handle the service locally, we will provide recommendations for clients to purchase some spare parts (PCBA/LCD/Touch panel/Battery etc). For the product assembling and repairing, we will provide video. If necessary, we will send technical staff to train. Technical assistance for whole life.
